1. Enable History

– Back up these folders : File History selectively backs up important folders on user accounts such as: Desktop, Document, Download, Music, Pictures, Video folders, Roaming folders – where application data, OneDrive folders and some other folders are stored. To add a folder, click Add a folder and select the path to the folder to add. You can also remove a folder to prevent the operating system from backing up by clicking on the folder and clicking Remove
Exclude these folders: This option allows you to prevent the backup of any one subfolder in the backup folder.
Stop using drive: When you click this option, you stop backing up your current drive in favor of backing up a new drive, and Windows can only back up each drive once.
3. Restore the Backup Files
To restore files from a removable hard drive (USB, removable hard drive, etc.), go back to the Settings app and select Update &; security =>Backup =>More options.
